KMind Zen Privacy Policy

This Policy applies to the public website, tutorials, changelog, and guest local mind map experience operated by KMind Zen on kmind365.cn.

When you browse the China site, we may process basic access logs, language preference, routine site analytics, and technical information used for abuse prevention and stability.

When you use the guest Web App, mind map content is stored by default in your browser local storage, IndexedDB, or files you import and export. Phase one does not upload that content to KMind Zen cloud project services.

We use this information to serve public pages, keep the site stable and secure, improve tutorials, and respond when you contact us for support.

We do not expand collection without a service need and we do not sell personal information.

The site may link to GitHub, the Obsidian community, Telegram, Discord, or email. Once you leave kmind365.cn, the third-party platform is responsible for its own data practices.

Except where required by law, regulators, courts, or your explicit support request, we do not use your personal information for unrelated third-party marketing.

Website logs are retained for a reasonable period needed for operations, security troubleshooting, and compliance, then deleted, anonymized, or retained only where law requires.

Guest Web App maps are local browser data. Clearing browser data, changing devices, or using private browsing may make local maps unrecoverable, so export important maps yourself.

Where applicable law allows, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of information we actually hold about you, or object to specific processing activities.
