Terms of Service

KMind Zen Terms of Service

These Terms apply when you visit kmind365.cn, read public content, use the sign-in-free guest Web App, or interact with us through public contact channels.

Effective date: 2026-03-12 · Last updated: 2026-03-12 · Operator: KMind Zen · Contact: root@kmind.app

1. Scope and acceptance

The service is operated by KMind Zen. By accessing or using kmind365.cn, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

Phase one of the China site provides public pages, tutorials, changelog, and a guest local mind map experience. Sign-in, cloud sync, purchases, and admin features are outside the China-site phase-one scope.

2. Guest Web App and local data

The guest Web App lets you try mind map editing without signing in. Your maps are stored by default in browser local storage, IndexedDB, or files you import and export.

You are responsible for backing up important maps. Clearing browser data, changing devices, reinstalling the browser, or using private browsing may cause local data loss.

3. Permitted use and restrictions

You may use the public site and guest Web App lawfully and reasonably. You must not use them for unlawful, infringing, abusive, automated, or stability-impacting activity.

KMind Zen software, branding, page design, documentation, and related content remain protected by intellectual property rights and must not be copied, modified, or used commercially in a way that confuses source without permission.

4. Third-party links and availability

The site may link to GitHub, the Obsidian community, Telegram, Discord, or other third-party pages. Those platforms control their own content, availability, and data practices.

We aim to keep the China site stable and accessible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation across every network, device, browser, or third-party platform state.

5. Changes, liability, and disputes

We may update page content, feature entry points, and service structure as the product evolves, for security reasons, or to comply with legal and operational requirements.

These Terms are generally governed by the laws applicable where the service operator is established, and disputes are generally handled by the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies where the service operator is established, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.

6. Contact
